We strictly do not sell, rent, or trade your personal details to advertisers or third-party marketers. Information is shared strictly when necessary:

• With Booked Doctors & Chambers: Sharing your name, age, and booking slot so the doctor can attend to you.
• With Essential Service Providers: Trusted partners who process SMS/OTP delivery (MSG91), payment processing (Cashfree), and cloud database hosting.
• Legal & Statutory Requests: When mandated by applicable Indian laws, judicial orders, or governmental directives.

All online transactions made on the Sanova platform are processed through RBI-approved, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways (such as Cashfree Payments).

Patient reviews and ratings are visible publicly to help the community make informed decisions. When submitting a review:

• Your rating and written comments will appear publicly on the doctor's profile page.
• Please do not post confidential medical diagnoses, personal contact numbers, or home addresses in review text.
• Sanova reserves the right to moderate or delete reviews containing abusive, defamatory, or promotional content.
