1.4. The Polyclinic and/or registered doctor shall be solely responsible for ensuring that the submitted information remains accurate and up to date. Any change in qualification, registration status, speciality, availability, or material information must be promptly communicated.

1.5. Submission of false, misleading, forged, or unauthorized information may result in rejection, suspension, or termination of the doctor’s registration and/or Polyclinic account.

2.1. SANOVA PRIVATE LIMITED may, at its discretion, request supporting documents or information for the purpose of verifying identity, professional qualifications, medical registration, speciality, or association with the Polyclinic.

2.2. Registration or publication of a doctor’s profile shall not be interpreted as an independent certification or guarantee by SANOVA PRIVATE LIMITED regarding treatment outcomes or competence.

2.3. The Polyclinic and doctor remain responsible for ensuring all medical regulatory requirements are fully complied with.

3.1. The Polyclinic confirms that the registered doctor has authorized submitting their professional information to SANOVA PRIVATE LIMITED.

3.2. SANOVA PRIVATE LIMITED may display the doctor’s profile on sanova.co.in to enable patients to view qualifications, speciality, schedule, and book online appointments.

3.4. Displaying the profile does not constitute an employment relationship, partnership, or joint venture between SANOVA PRIVATE LIMITED and the doctor or Polyclinic.

4.1. The registered doctor remains solely responsible for professional medical consultations, diagnosis, treatment, prescriptions, and advice provided to patients.

4.2. SANOVA PRIVATE LIMITED acts purely as a digital healthcare discovery and appointment facilitator platform.

5.1. Both Polyclinic and doctor shall comply with all applicable medical laws, rules, professional standards, and ethical obligations.

5.2. The Polyclinic shall not register or represent any doctor whose medical licence or eligibility has expired, been suspended, or cancelled.

6.1. SANOVA PRIVATE LIMITED reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or deactivate the doctor profile or Polyclinic account if information is false, credentials fail verification, or Terms are violated.

6.2. In case of serious complaints, credential issues, or patient safety concerns, profile deactivation may occur immediately pending review.

07. Appointment & Schedule: Polyclinic shall ensure appointment schedules and clinic locations displayed on the site are accurate and honour confirmed bookings.

08. Patient Complaints: Polyclinic & doctor shall maintain professional standards; legitimate complaints may be investigated by the platform.

09. Profile Updates: SANOVA PRIVATE LIMITED may update or remove profiles to maintain data accuracy or comply with regulations.

10. Acceptance of Terms: Checking agreement confirms all submitted doctor details are genuine, consent is obtained, and platform terms are accepted.

11 & 12. Amendments & Declaration: Terms may be updated from time to time; Polyclinic confirms submitted information is genuine and authorized.
